PhD.meetup is the title of regular meetings where assistants and senior assistants of CUC exchange their experiences and think about science together. The idea of ​​the PhD.meetup podcast, which began broadcasting on 12 April 2023, came from these meetings. The guest of the first episode was Barbara Balaž, senior assistant at the Department of Psychology, also the coordinator of these meetings. She explained that the podcast will discuss topics and challenges that are common to most scientists, but will focus on the challenges and opportunities that young scientists face at the beginning, from entering the PhD program to the first few years after defending the PhD.

The podcast is edited and hosted by Matea Vidulić, an assistant at the Department of Communication studies, and the first episode in the Sound Studio of CUC was realized by Nikola Barba from CUC IT Department.

Episodes will be broadcast once a month, on the second Wednesday of the month.
