International Conference “Parliamentary Diplomacy in Theory and Practice”

The Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Croatia, the Centre for Diplomacy of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, and the Institute of Political Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences are organizing the international scientific conference “Parliamentary Diplomacy – in Theory and Practice” on Tuesday, 24 March 2026.

The conference is being held on the occasion of the Parliamentary Summit of the Three Seas Initiative, organized by the Croatian Parliament on 24 and 25 March 2026 in Zagreb. The conference at the Catholic University of Croatia is held under the patronage of the Croatian Parliament. Participants include Croatian and international scholars specializing in parliamentary diplomacy.

The conference will be opened by Prof. Željko Tanjić, PhD, Rector of the Catholic University of Croatia, and, on behalf of the Speaker of the Croatian Parliament, participants will be addressed by Member of Parliament Andro Krstulović-Opara.

The conference will take place in the “Bl. Alojzije Card. Stepinac” Hall at the Catholic University of Croatia, Ilica 244.
