Visit of HKS representatives to the University of Rijeka

Representatives of the Catholic University of Croatia - Vice-Rector for Science Prof. Roberto Antolović, PhD, and Head of the Office for International Cooperation and Mobility Programs Anamarija Čulo Bačarka - visited the University of Rijeka. On behalf of the University of Rijeka, they were hosted by Vice-Rector for Science and Arts Prof. Marina Šantić, PhD; Vice-Dean for Science at the Faculty of Law Prof. Ivana Kunda, PhD; and Head of the Department for Innovation and Knowledge Valorization at the University Center for Research and Innovation, Lea Perinić.

The purpose of the visit was to discuss the University of Rijeka’s experience in the Pan-European Seal (PES) program - a prestigious European partnership program that connects leading universities and international institutions in the fields of intellectual property, innovation, and entrepreneurship. The Catholic University of Croatia is currently in the process of joining the PES program.

In Croatia, the program currently includes the universities of Split, Zadar, and Rijeka, opening opportunities for new collaborations and exchange of experiences - both within the program itself and more broadly in the areas of knowledge transfer, intellectual property protection, and other topics of mutual interest.
