Through an interactive lecture on artificial intelligence and a quiz, the Catholic University of Croatia was presented in Opatija

Teaching assistants from the Catholic University of Croatia, Jelena and Daniel Štifanić, presented the Catholic University of Croatia at Eugen Kumičić Grammar School in Opatija on Tuesday, 20 January.

They provided final-year students with an overview of the study programmes, the academic environment, and the opportunities available after graduation. The central topic of the presentation was “Artificial Intelligence – from TikTok to Tesla”, through which students became familiar with current trends and the increasingly prominent role of artificial intelligence in everyday life, illustrated through practical examples.

A particularly strong impression was made by the demonstration of a robotic dog, which allowed students to experience first-hand the results of advancements in artificial intelligence. The event concluded with a short interactive quiz in which the students participated, further reinforcing the knowledge they had acquired.
