Karla Žagi, PhD, on Erasmus+ Mobility in Kraków

Senior Assistant Karla Žagi, PhD, from the University Department of Sociology, participated in an Erasmus+ teaching mobility program from May 17 to 23, 2026, at the Institute of Sociology of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków.

During her mobility, she delivered a lecture titled Participatory Research with Migrants: From Othering to Agency for first-year graduate students in the Social Data Analysis program, under the guidance of Professor Magdalena Ślusarczyk. The lecture focused on the development of methodology in migration research. In addition to the lecture, Senior Assistant Karla Žagi participated in exercises as part of the course Film and Audiovisual Material in Social Sciences led by Professor Anna Urbaniak, where a workshop was conducted on the application of audiovisual materials and creative methods in social research.
