Prof. Igor Kanižaj, PhD, and Asst. More than one hundred registered domestic and international scholars in the fields of education and science engaged in interdisciplinary reflection on the consequences and challenges of technological advancement in education. Across more than 40 presentations, the central focus was on the role of emerging technologies and artificial intelligence, challenges of the digital environment, the relationship between theory and practice, value orientations, critical curriculum analysis, and teaching methodologies.

Professor Kanižaj and Assistant Professor Mališa delivered an invited lecture entitled "Parental Educational Presence and Communication Challenges in the World of Media and Social Networks," in which they outlined the distinctions in understanding parental educational involvement versus parental educational presence, emphasizing the role and importance of communication within the web of mutual influences between parents, children, and their environment.

The conference was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Science, Education, and Youth, and co-organized with the University of Zagreb (Faculty of Teacher Education and Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences), Algebra Bernays University, the Croatian Association of Kinesiology Methodologists, and the University of Applied Sciences in Virovitica.
