Invitation to the Workshop Series of the CUC Psychological Counseling Center

Dear Students,

The Psychological Counseling Center of the Catholic University of Croatia invites first-year students to the "Navigating the First Year with Ease" ("Lakše kroz prvu godinu") workshop series, consisting of five interconnected sessions focused on developing skills and competencies essential for student life, academic learning, interpersonal relationships, and daily functioning.

Through practical and interactive work, we will address the challenges of adjusting to university life, time management and academic motivation, stress and emotional regulation, communication and setting boundaries, as well as digital habits and the responsible use of artificial intelligence.

The workshops are facilitated by senior psychology students for first-year students at CUC, under the professional supervision of faculty members from the University Department of Psychology of the Catholic University of Croatia.

November 26 (Thursday), 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM

All workshops will take place in Hall C 0.1.

The workshops are designed as an integrated series; therefore, registration covers all five sessions, and participating students are expected to attend every meeting. The number of participants is limited to 20 students.
