An exceptionally successful weekend for the HKS futsal team and football squad

The past weekend was exceptionally successful for the futsal teams of the Catholic University of Croatia. The first to take the court were the female students, who recorded a dominant 4:0 victory against their counterparts from the Faculty of Medicine. The goals were scored by captain Lucija Pandžić, Marija Rimac, Erika Vitasović, and Katarina Crljenko, who was named Player of the Match. The team is currently placed third in Group A.

In the evening match, the HKS team was even more convincing. The students defeated the Faculty of Croatian Studies 9:2, with goals scored by Niko Marić (3), Jerko Matković (2), Vid Belčić (2), and Noa Kanižaj (2), who was named Player of the Match. Captain Belčić is currently the league’s second top scorer with eight goals, and the HKS team sits in fourth place in Group C.
