CUC Participates in Dubrovnik Expo for the Fifth Consecutive Year

Dubrovnik EXPO, an event that promotes education and connects businesses, higher education institutions, and young people, was held on 26 and 27 March 2026 at the Rixos Premium Dubrovnik Hotel, organized by the Dubrovnik Youth Career Center. A special feature of this event is that it gathers numerous visitors from across Dalmatia—from Zadar to Dubrovnik—as well as from Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Among them, high school students stand out, as they have the opportunity to directly learn about study options and student life at our University.

The Catholic University of Croatia participated in this valuable event for the fifth consecutive year. Numerous interested high school students were introduced to our study programmes by students Adrijana Kikić and Nikola Budor from the University Department of History, Maroje Goga from the Faculty of Engineering, as well as faculty members Jelena and Danijel Štifanić from the Faculty of Engineering, the Vice-Rector for Teaching Prof. Roko Mišetić, PhD, Assist. Prof. Vesna Mijoč, PhD, from the Faculty of Health Studies, and Toni Ćosić, PhD, from the University Department of Sociology. High school students, accompanied by parents and teachers, inquired about admission requirements, the course of study, and future career opportunities after graduation.

Alongside the EXPO, Nikola Budor and Assist. Prof. Vesna Mijoč, PhD, visited the Dubrovnik Private Gymnasium, where they presented the study programmes of the Catholic University of Croatia to graduating students. As one of the first universities to support Dubrovnik EXPO, the Catholic University of Croatia received a recognition for its cooperation and contribution, which was accepted on behalf of the academic community by Assist. Prof. Vesna Mijoč, PhD.
