On Wednesday, 25 March 2026 at 6:30 PM, the fourth theological panel in the UniCath Dialogues series will be held at the Catholic University of Croatia, in the “Bl. Alojzije Card. Stepinac” Hall. The topic of the panel is “Is God (Socially) Alive?” The participants will be Prof. Stjepan Kušar, PhD, from the Catholic University of Croatia, and Pavel Gregorić, PhD, from the Institute of Philosophy.

The UniCath Dialogues (theological panels) of the Catholic University of Croatia create a space for academic encounters on key theological questions of the Catholic faith and its role in shaping the human person and the community. In a broader sense, they also open questions about the human person and their community, which in turn shape the Catholic faith.

These panels are a place of inclusivity, reflection, and dialogical tension through thought, word, encounter, and the search for the one (uni-versitas) in which the understanding of the human person and the surrounding world is brought together. The Catholic (cath) dimension illuminates what is universal and unifying, emphasizing what connects and brings together in openness toward the fullness of the human. The open horizons of dialogical thought are understood in the dynamic of internal and external dialogue, which entails the engagement of confronting sharp questions and the truth that “wounds.”
