Confidential Person for Internal Reporting of Irregularities

The Ordinance on Internal Reporting of Irregularities regulates the procedure for internal reporting of irregularities at the Catholic University of Croatia, as well as the procedure and method of appointing the confidential person for internal reporting of irregularities and the deputy confidential person for internal reporting of irregularities. The Ordinance is available at the link.

Pursuant to Article 9 of the Ordinance on Internal Reporting of Irregularities, the procedure for internal reporting of irregularities begins with the submission of a report to the confidential person or to the Rector.
A report may be submitted directly in written form, by post, in electronic form, or orally on the record.
The confidential person is obliged to confirm in writing to the whistleblower the date of receipt of the report together with the registry number.
