Publishing plan

The fundamental task of the University's publishing activity is to contribute to the development of teaching, scientific, educational and other activities of the University, to encourage creativity and to communicate with the academic community and the wider public.
Publishing activity is carried out in accordance with the Publishing Act, the Statute of the Catholic University of Croatia and the Regulations on Publishing Activity of the Catholic University of Croatia.

The University's publishing activity is aimed at the development of an internationally recognized and recognizable University that is the bearer of scientific and educational activities for the purpose of the progress of Croatian society and the preservation of its identity and Catholic worldview with the aim of connecting knowledge with the life and progress of the entire Croatian social community.

Mission of the Publishing Committee

The publishing activity plan for the calendar year is adopted by the Senate upon the proposal of the Publishing Activity Committee no later than December 31 of the current year.
The publishing activity plan includes the publication, printing, reprinting, financing and the time of publication of all University publications.
The proposal for the Publishing Activity Plan is drawn up by the Publishing Activity Committee based on the proposals of the expert councils of departments, scientific-research and professional units, employees in scientific, scientific-teaching, teaching and associate positions.
The proposals from the previous paragraph are submitted to the Committee no later than December 1 of the current year on a special form drawn up by the Publishing Activity Committee.

How to submit a request to the Publishing Committee?

Applications to the Publishing Committee can be sent by employees and external collaborators of the Catholic University of Croatia in the following way:
The publication application form is available at the link. The authors submit the publication application form and the request for publication to the Secretary of the Committee, Sandra Kozinović, and register it at the University. After this procedure, the Committee will inform the author about the acceptance/rejection of the publication.

In addition to submitting applications via email, you can also submit them in person to the registry office, or registered office and post office, in office 006.

The application must contain all supporting documentation and be signed.

You can expect a response to requests/questions sent to the Publishing Committee after consultations with the Committee members.
