Teaching Staff of the University Department of Psychology at the University of Oxford

Teaching staff of the University Department of Psychology, Maja Žutić, PhD, and Associate Professor Sandra Nakić Radoš, PhD, took part in official meetings and in the COST Action TREASURE conference held from 2 to 4 February 2026 at the prestigious University of Oxford in the United Kingdom.


Senior Teaching Assistant Maja Žutić participated in the meeting of the Action’s Core Group, the main operational body responsible for strategic coordination, monitoring the implementation of the work plan, and making key organisational and financial decisions. On that occasion, as the coordinator for early-career researchers and for geographical and gender balance within the project, which brings together more than 620 researchers from around the world, Dr Žutić delivered a presentation entitled Implementation of the COST Excellence and Inclusiveness Policy.
 


In addition to participating in the meetings of their working group, the teaching staff members, as members of the organising committee, actively contributed to the organisation of the scientific conference 1st International TREASURE Conference at the University of Oxford. Senior Teaching Assistant Žutić also served as the chief moderator of the entire conference. The conference brought together researchers and experts in the fields of reproductive mental health, public health, and social sciences, with the aim of exchanging scientific knowledge and fostering interdisciplinary cooperation.

Associate Professor Nakić Radoš delivered an oral presentation entitled How to Measure Maternal Peripartum Psychological Stress? A Protocol for a Scoping Review and is also co-author of another oral presentation and one poster presentation at the conference.

The participation of our teaching staff in these activities at the prestigious University of Oxford further confirms the international recognition and active involvement of the University Department of Psychology in major European research networks.
