Law Students Visit the European Commission Representation in Croatia

Students of the Faculty of Law at the Catholic University of Croatia visited the European Commission Representation in Croatia on Thursday, 7 May 2026, accompanied by Dean Assist. Prof. Kristian Turkalj, PhD, and teaching assistant Veronika Sudar, mag. iur.
 

At the Representation, Ms Zrinka Ujević, Head of the Office, delivered an introductory lecture. This was followed by a visit to the interactive centre Experience Europe Zagreb, where students gained insight into the work of various European Parliament committees through a role-playing simulation. Acting as Members of Parliament for a day, they negotiated on fictional EU legislation.

After visiting the centre, the students continued to Moneterra – Money Museum of the Croatian National Bank, where they explored an interactive exhibition and learned about the development of Croatian and European currency.
