Professors and Students from CUC at the Summer School of Bioethics in Šibenik

Prof. Danijel Labaš, PhD, Head of the Department of Communication Sciences at the Catholic University of Croatia (CUC), and Luka Poslon, PhD, from the Catholic University of Croatia, participated as lecturers at this year’s Summer School of Bioethics and Human Rights, held from August 3 to 9, 2026, in Šibenik, organized by World Youth Alliance Croatia.

Prof. Danijel Labaš, PhD, delivered two lectures as part of the programme: “I Saw You on Television!” and the lecture/workshop “(Public) Communication Is a Great Thing!”, in which he addressed the topics of media literacy and public communication with the participants.

Luka Poslon, PhD, gave a lecture entitled “The Ethics and Epistemology of Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare” and also participated in a panel discussion as part of the session dedicated to digital technologies and artificial intelligence.

Students of the Catholic University of Croatia from the Department of Psychology, Department of History, Department of Sociology, and Department of Communication Sciences also participated in the Summer School, actively engaging in lectures, workshops, and debates.
