Siniša Bilić – Dujmušić
Associate Professor at the University Department of History of the Croatian Catholic University in Zagreb. Graduated in History and Archaeology at the University of Zadar. Master's Degree in Archaeology at the University of Zagreb in 2001, on thesis: War Operations in the Province of Illyricum 49-47 BC. PhD in History in 2005 at the University of Zadar on the thesis: Octavian's Campaign against Delmatae 34-33 BC.
Before joining the Croatian Catholic University in 2012, he worked as an assistant and docent at the University of Zadar and as a visiting professor at the Faculty of Croatian Studies in Zagreb. He was active participant in the Croatian War of Independence as an officer of the Croatian Army.
SCIENTIFIC AND RESEARCH INTERESTS:
The Roman conquest of Illyricum. Reconstruction of war operations and battlefields of the Romans and local communities in the area of Illyricum.
