Round Table “Restorative Reproductive Medicine” Held

On Tuesday, September 23, 2025, the round table Restorative Reproductive Medicine – Development, Practice, and Education of Healthcare Professionals was held in the Blessed Alojzije Cardinal Stepinac Hall. The event gathered doctors, nurses, midwives, and other interested participants for a discussion with leading global experts in the field of restorative reproductive medicine (RRM), which addresses infertility and miscarriages by thoroughly investigating and treating underlying causes in order to achieve natural and successful pregnancies.

The round table was organized on the occasion of the 21st International Conference on Restorative Reproductive Medicine, held from September 24 to 27, 2025, at the Sheraton Hotel.

Lectures were delivered by Prof. Joseph Stanford, M.D., Vice President for Research and Director of the Office of Cooperative Reproductive Health at the University of Utah, USA; Phil Boyle, M.D., Director and Founder of the Neofertility Clinic in Dublin and President of the Board of Directors of the International Institute for Restorative Reproductive Medicine; and Marguerite Duane, M.D., Executive Director of FACTS, an organization dedicated to educating healthcare professionals and students about scientific evidence supporting fertility awareness-based methods (FABMs).

Prof. Stanford presented “Restoring Reproductive Health: Research Foundations and Future Visions”, Prof. Boyle spoke on “A Reason to Conceive – New Insights to Fertility Treatment”, and Prof. Duane gave a lecture entitled “Educating the Medical Professional Community about Fertility and Restorative Reproductive Medicine”.
