Melike Pınarcıoğlu completes internship at the Laudato si’ Centre

From June 15 to September 10, 2026, Melike Pınarcıoğlu, a doctoral student in educational management and a research assistant at Yozgat Bozok University in Türkiye, completed an internship at the University Laudato si’ Centre for Christian Responsibility and Care for All Creation.

During her nearly three-month stay at the Centre, Melike actively participated in its daily activities, international cooperation, and the organization and implementation of various educational and project activities. In particular, she was involved in the preparation and implementation of the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme, providing support in communication with participants and partner institutions, coordination of activities, and programme organization.

Through her engagement, she also contributed to the Centre’s work in the areas of international cooperation, communication, and event organization. Her internship also provided an opportunity to exchange experiences, knowledge, and perspectives between the University Laudato si’ Centre and the academic community from which she comes.

Melike is the third student to complete an internship at the University Laudato si’ Centre. The international dimension of the Centre’s work continues following the completion of her stay. Currently, Tanja Hötzeneder, a student from Johannes Kepler University Linz in Austria, and Damijan Dolinar, a student from the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia, are completing their internships at the Centre.

We would like to thank Melike for her dedicated work, effort, responsibility, and contribution to the Centre’s activities over the past months. We are particularly pleased that, through her stay, she became part of the development of international cooperation and the community that has grown around the University Laudato si’ Centre.

We wish her every success as she continues her doctoral studies, academic work, and future professional endeavours, and we look forward to opportunities to meet and collaborate again.
