Guest Lecture by Professor Fabrio in the "Sociology of Migration" Course

Full Professor Ivana Fabrio from the School of Design at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Zagreb, delivered a guest lecture titled Design for Social Change on May 29, 2026, for students of the Sociology of Migration course
 

Through an engaging presentation, she introduced students from various study programs to the importance of social design in responding to contemporary social issues, with a particular emphasis on the needs of vulnerable groups.
 

By presenting a series of case studies, Professor Fabrio highlighted the importance of an interdisciplinary approach in social design and provided students with a deeper insight into the possibilities of its application in working with refugees.
