Assistant Paula Zujić Participated in PhD Training Program in Oslo
Paula Zujić, Assistant at the Department of Sociology, took part in the COST Action COREnet PhD Training School “Communication in Practice-Based Research. Connecting Stakeholders and Perspectives in the Study of Religious Diversity and Migration”, held from 8 to 11 September 2025 at VID Specialized University in Oslo, Norway.

The program gathered doctoral students and young researchers with the aim of exchanging knowledge and skills on communication in research related to religious diversity and migration—fields that often involve sensitive topics and challenges in presenting results to the public. Over the four days, participants discussed ethical challenges of participatory research, scholarly communication, new research tools, and ways of connecting different stakeholders and perspectives, as well as topics such as studying non-religious groups and the role of religion in social integration.

By participating in this program, Assistant Zujić had the opportunity to present her doctoral research topic, visit institutions in Oslo working in the fields of migration and religious diversity, and establish connections and collaborations with colleagues from various institutions and countries.
