Assistant Professor Peran and Teaching Assistant Kilijan Presented at a Congress in Skopje

Assist. Prof. Dr. Suzana Peran and teaching assistant Hana Kilijan, mag. comm., from the University Department of Communication Studies, participated on Sunday, May 18, 2025, in the International Media, Digital Culture and Religion Congress, organized by the research center of the International Balkan University in Skopje, along with other university partners.
 

As part of the congress, they gave an online presentation on the topic “Digital Communication of Communities of Consecrated Life in Croatia: The Case of Official Websites.” Their presentation focused on the digital presence of male and female religious communities in the Croatian-speaking area, with an emphasis on their communication strategies on official websites. They presented the results of a content analysis of these websites, highlighting how the communities communicate their religious identity and charismas, as well as how they adapt their communication to the digital space.
