The Catholic University of Croatia at the Erasmus Generation Meeting in Split

The Catholic University of Croatia participated in the Erasmus Generation Meeting 2026, the largest student-organized conference in Europe dedicated to the internationalization of higher education and student mobility, held from April 16 to 19 at the University of Split.

This international event brought together more than a thousand students, Erasmus+ alumni, and representatives of higher education institutions from over 40 countries, making Split a temporary hub of European student cooperation and knowledge exchange.

By taking part in this event, the Catholic University of Croatia presented its study programs and activities to the international student community, with a special focus on opportunities for studying and academic cooperation. During the EGM Expo segment of the program, which gathers higher education institutions and organizations, interested students had the opportunity to learn directly about the University’s departments, study conditions, and student life.

As a leading platform connecting students and institutions, the Erasmus Generation Meeting plays an important role in shaping the future of student mobility and the development of competencies through international experiences. Participation in such an event enables higher education institutions to strengthen their international visibility, build networks with partners across Europe and beyond, and attract international students.

Participation in EGM represents an important step in the continued internationalization of the Catholic University of Croatia, the promotion of its study programs, and engagement with contemporary trends in higher education development, particularly in the areas of student mobility and inter-institutional cooperation.
