Orientation Day for the Fifth Generation of First-Year Students at the School of Medicine

On Friday, 19 September 2025, the School of Medicine of the Catholic University of Croatia held its orientation day for the fifth generation of first-year students.
 

The newly enrolled students were introduced to the study program, work plan, and obligations by CUC Rector Prof. Dr. Željko Tanjić, Dean of the School of Medicine Prof. Dr. Dalibor Karlović, Vice Dean for Teaching and Students Assoc. Prof. Dr. Elvira Lazić Mosler, Vice Dean for Quality Assoc. Prof. Dr. Marija Ćurlin, Head of the Laboratory Marina Periša, student representative Marija Gagić, as well as other faculty members and staff with whom they will interact most during their first year of studies. As part of the orientation day, students also visited the University Library, which houses all the literature needed for their studies, as well as the lecture halls and laboratories where, over the next six years, they will acquire the qualifications required for the title of Doctor of Medicine.
