Senior Assistant Karla Žagi Participated in the Conference "Creative Future Insights 2025"

Dr. Karla Žagi, Senior Assistant at the Department of Sociology, took part in the third international conference Creative Future Insights, held from 18 to 19 September 2025 at Vern University and the Institute of Economics in Zagreb. This year’s conference brought together researchers and experts from various disciplines, with the central theme Creativity of Othering in the Age of Migration.

As part of the program, Dr. Žagi delivered a presentation entitled When Creativity Meets Research: Body Mapping and Storytelling in Research With Refugees. In her talk, she emphasized the importance of using participatory methods in migration sociology research, particularly studies involving forced migrants.
