Job Shadowing Activities with Assistant from Turkey’s Süleyman Demirel University
On Monday, July 14 and Tuesday, July 15, 2025, the Catholic University of Croatia welcomed assistant Esin Kişi from Süleyman Demirel University (Turkey) as part of the Erasmus+ Job Shadowing mobility program. During her visit, lecturers Antonija Hreščan and Tihana Bagić introduced the guest to our institution, its academic programs, teaching staff, and student community.

The meetings offered valuable opportunities to exchange experiences related to teaching methods, use of textbooks and educational materials, as well as conditions that contribute to the quality of teaching. Ms. Kişi was especially interested in how the Catholic University of Croatia organizes classes and provides student support, which opened the door for future collaboration and knowledge sharing.
The visit also included a meeting with the International Cooperation team, led by Anamarija Čulo Bačarka, Head of the International Cooperation Office, and Aleksandra Gečević, Head of the Mobility Programs Department. Discussions focused on expanding cooperation between institutions, especially in the context of upcoming Erasmus+ activities and joint projects.

This visit is part of the Erasmus+ program, which promotes international cooperation and professional development for academic staff. The Catholic University of Croatia actively participates in such initiatives to enhance educational quality and strengthen international partnerships.
