Flu Vaccination Campaign at the School of Medicine

On Thursday, 30 October 2025, students and lecturers of the School of Medicine at the Catholic University of Croatia organized a voluntary flu vaccination campaign under the guidance of Assist. Prof. Dr. Dijana Mayer, specialist in epidemiology. The activity was held as part of the regular coursework for the First Contact module and public health topics.
 

Assistant Professor Mayer explained the vaccination procedure to students and attending staff — from proper hygiene and disinfection before vaccination to the application of the vaccine itself, as well as the correct disposal of infectious medical waste.
