Vjera Brković
Vjera Brković graduated from Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences University of Zagreb with majors in history and pedagogy. From 2005 to 2017 she worked as history teacher at secondary school (XI grammar school) in Zagreb. She was mentor to the university students attending demonstration classes as well as mentor to professional exam trainee. As history teacher she organized workshops for history teachers and she was rewarded by Ministry of education. From 2017 she is working as senior lecturer at Catholic University in Zagreb as lecturer on course Methods of Teaching History, School practice and other pedagogical courses.
RESEARCH INTERESTS
Vjera Brkovic's scientific and professional interests are related to the interdisciplinary topics of history/pedagogy, issues of upbringing and education the history of education, educational reforms, etc.
