Vesna Mijoč

Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Health Studies at the Catholic University of Croatia in Zagreb. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Zagreb and earned her doctorate at the Faculty of Kinesiology at the University of Zagreb, where in 2024 she defended her doctoral dissertation titled The Influence of Physical Activity and Sleep Hygiene on Sleep Quality in Older Adults.  Before joining the Croatian Catholic University, she worked at the Clinical Hospital Centre Zagreb and at the School for Medical Nurses Vinogradska.
