Veronika Sudar

Veronika Sudar, univ.mag.iur., was born in Osijek, where she completed her secondary education at the Jesuit Classical Gymnasium with a degree in Public Law in Osijek. She graduated from the Faculty of Law Osijek in 2021. During her studies, she was the recipient of several Dean's Awards for academic success, the Rector's Award for Student Work, and a scholarship from the Osijek-Baranja County in the category of gifted students. She worked as an assistant at the Department of Constitutional and European Law, on the course European Public Law.

She is a doctoral student at the Faculty of Law Osijek under the mentorship of Associate Professor, PhD. Dunja Duić. She is conducting research for her doctoral dissertation in the field of European law, more specifically the protection of fundamental human rights before the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Union.

She is currently employed as an assistant at the course Fundamentals of European Law at the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Croatia.
