Vanja-Ivan Savić

Full Professor of Law at the Law School at the Catholic University of Croatia. He graduated (cum laude), and then obtained his Master and Doctoral degrees at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Law (2011). He was long term lecturer of the Legal Theory at the University of Zagreb and his scientific and research interests were always connected with Legal Theory, Law and Religion, Religious Freedoms and Interfaith Dialogue. Professor Savić is a Member of Croatian Bishops Conference's 'Iustitia and Pax' Commission. He is author of numerous papers in the field of Legal Theory, Religious Freedoms and Law and Religion. Professor Savić studied Scots Law at the University of Edinburgh and served as visiting professor and reasercher at DePaul Uniersity in Chicago, Northwestern University, The University of Adelaide and University of Vienna. He is member of International Consortium for Law and Religion Studies, African Consortium of Law and Religion Studies and full member of the Croatian Academy of Legal Sciences.
