Tihana Magdić Turković
Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Medicine of the Catholic University of Croatia (Zagreb). She obtained her degree and PhD at the University of Zagreb School of Medicine, where in 2016 she defended her dissertation titled "The Impact of Percutaneous Tracheotomy on Ventilator-Associated Pneumonia."
In addition to her work at the Catholic University of Croatia, she has been working as an anesthesiologist at the Department of Anesthesiology, Resuscitation and Intensive Care at the Sisters of Mercy University Hospital Centre since 2007. Since 2017, she has been the Head of the Department of Anesthesiology and Resuscitation at the Clinic for Traumatology of the same hospital. She received the award for the highest-rated teacher based on the results of student evaluations in the 2nd year of the integrated undergraduate and graduate university study of Medicine in the academic year 2022/2023.
