Richard Pavlić
Associate Professor at the Department of Theology and the Faculty of Engineering of the Catholic University of Croatia in Zagreb. He graduated at Theology in Rijeka and completed his postgraduate studies in dogmatic theology at the Pontifical University Gregoriana in Rome, where he obtained both his licentiate and doctorate. In 2010, he defended his doctoral dissertation Il recupero della teologia della salvezza cristiana in Henri de Lubac. L'influsso di Ireneo di Lione su Henri de Lubac and was awarded the academic title of Doctor of Theology with a specialization in dogmatic theology.
He was ordained a priest in 1998. He is professionally engaged in both pastoral and academic contexts. Since 2010, he has been teaching courses in dogmatic and fundamental theology, first at Theology in Rijeka and, from 2024, at the Catholic University of Croatia. He has served as student chaplain and diocesan administrator, and is currently the parish priest of the co-cathedral in Senj and the Vicar General of the Diocese of Gospić-Senj.
