Petra Palić

Associate Professor at the Department of Sociology at the Catholic University of Croatia in Zagreb. She earned her bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb, where she defended her dissertation in 2018 titled Modeling the Transmission of Volatility and the Spread of Contagion Across Financial Markets.

She also completed a master's degree in Social Policy at the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, obtaining the academic title of Master of Social Policy.

She was employed from 2015 to 2019 as a research and teaching assistant on a project funded by the Croatian Science Foundation (Economic, Statistical and Political Aspects of the Government Bond Market – SOBOM) at the Institute of Economics, Zagreb, where she still collaborates as an external associate. Since 2016, she has also been an external associate at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb.
