Petra Margetić
Assistant professor at the Faculty of Medicine, Croatian Catholic University in Zagreb since 2023, where she is the head of the Radiology course and the elective Radiology course – for those who want to know more. She graduated, obtained hers Master's and PhD at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Zagreb. Since 1997, she has been working at the Traumatology Clinic in Zagreb, specializing in radiology with subspecialty in ultrasound.
In September 2002, she defended her master's thesis entitled: COMPARISON OF ULTRASOUND DIAGNOSTICS AND INTRAOPERATIVE FINDINGS OF ACHILLES TENDON RUPTURE. In May 2011, she defended her doctoral dissertation entitled: PROVOCATIVE DISCOGRAPHY SCREENING IMPROVES SURGICAL OUTCOME. In 2012, she was awarded the title of primarius. Since 2012, she has been a research associate at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Zagreb. During her working life, she has published around thirty scientific and professional papers. She is the Head of the Department of Trauma Radiology at the Department of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology, KBC Sestre Milosrdnice.
