Mateja Plenković
Assistant Professor at the University Department of Sociology at the Catholic University of Croatia in Zagreb. She earned her degree at the Faculty of Croatian Studies, University of Zagreb, in the Department of Sociology, and completed her PhD at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb, where in 2019 she defended her dissertation titled Students' habits pf using news portals and tendency of accepting populism”. Works at Catholic University of Croatia since 2013.
RESEARCH INTERESTS:
Her scientific research interests include various topics in the sociology of media, especially the effects of media use on children and youth.
