Mate Car
Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Health Sciences and the School of Medicine, Catholic University of Croatia, and Head of the Center for Data-Driven Policy and Management. He obtained his PhD in Public Health at the School of Public Health, Imperial College London.
His scientific and professional interests include health systems, health financing, data management, and digital health. He previously served as Assistant Minister of Health, Special Adviser to the Minister for Finance, and a member of the governing councils of healthcare institutions.
