Livia Puljak
Full professor with tenure at the Faculty of Health Studies and the School of Medicine at the Catholic University of Croatia. She graduated from the University of Split School of Medicine in 2002, where she also defended her PhD thesis in 2008.
At the Catholic University of Croatia, she is the Head of the Center for Evidence-Based Medicine and Healthcare. She was the inaugural director of Cochrane Croatia. She is the recipient of two prestigious Cochrane awards – the Chris Silagy Prize and the Bill Silverman Prize.
She has published over 300 scientific articles in international peer-reviewed journals and has supervised more than 70 defended Master’s, and PhD theses. Since 2020, she has been listed annually among the top 2% of researchers with the highest citation impact in the world.
