Karlo Filipan

Karlo Filipan received his doctorate in 2018 from Ghent University, and since 2021 he has been employed as an assistant professor at the Catholic University of Croatia. So far, as a co-author he has published 2 book chapters, 12 journal papers and over 30 conference papers in the areas of environmental sound, sound perception, road and vehicle noise, sensor networks and computational modeling. He was the principal investigator in one scientific project and collaborated in several national and EU projects. He has a share in the ownership structure of company ASAsense, which was created as a Ghent University spin-off.
