Karla Ressler
Karla is a Teaching and Research Assistant at the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Croatia. She graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb in 2014, ranking among the top 1% of graduates in her generation. During the final year of her studies, she conducted research for her master's thesis in the field of legal philosophy at the Faculty of Law of the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom. She passed the Croatian Bar Exam in 2017. Prior to joining the University, she worked as an attorney-at-law and as a legal counsel in a multinational company. She is currently a doctoral candidate in the Doctoral Study of Legal Science at the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, specialising in the General History of Law and State, more precisely the history of European integration. She is a member of the Croatian Association of Women in the Legal Profession and serves as a member of the Management Board of the Academy for Political Development.
