Josip Ježovita
Assistant Professor at the University Department of Sociology at the Catholic University of Croatia in Zagreb. He earned his degree at the Faculty of Croatian Studies, University of Zagreb, in the Department of Sociology, and completed his PhD at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb, where in 2020 he defended his dissertation titled “Changes in the Methodological Characteristics of Research Papers in Croatian Sociology.”
Before joining the Catholic University of Croatia in 2015, he worked as an external associate at the Faculty of Croatian Studies, University of Zagreb (Department of Sociology), and as a senior advisor for analytics and statistics at the Croatian Employment Service, Department of Analytics, Statistics, and Informatics.
RESEARCH INTERESTS:
His scientific research interests include the development of research methodology, with a particular focus on the design and validation of research instruments and the use of new data sources. He also works in the fields of statistics, analytical sociology, sociology of technology, and the sociology of knowledge and science.
