Iva Blajić

Assistant Professor at School of Medicine Catholic University in Croatia.  She graduated in 2006 from the University of Zagreb School of Medicine and earned her PhD at the same faculty in 2017 with a dissertation titled Quality of Life and Psychiatric Comorbidity in Dermatovenereological Patients.

She has been employed since 2007 at the Department of Dermatoveneology Sestre milosrdnice University Hospital Centre, initially as a research fellow on a scientific project funded by the Ministry of Science, Education and Sports titled Psychological Status of Patients with Malignant Skin Diseases and Other Dermatoses.

Since 2016, she has been working as a specialist in dermatology and venereology at the same Clinic, with a subspecialty focus on inflammatory skin diseases and pediatric dermatology. She received further training in pediatric dermatology in London and Padua. She participates in numerous clinical trials and is the author and co-author of scientific articles and books.
