Psychology Faculty Members Present Research at the “4 Healthy Academic Society” Conference

Alongside the sports competitions at the 2025 Unisport Finals held from 29 to 31 May 2025, members of the Department of Psychology of our University presented their professional research at the international conference “4 Healthy Academic Society”, organized by the Croatian Academic Sports Federation.
 

Assist. Prof. Dragan Glavaš, Ph.D., Head of the Department of Psychology, moderated the symposium “Psychological and Sociological Dimensions of Sport”, participated in the panel discussion “Sports Infrastructure at Higher Education Institutions in the Republic of Croatia”, and presented his paper entitled “Exercise Identity and Well-being Among Students: The Role of Mental Toughness.”
 

Teaching assistants Katarina Užarević, M.A. Psych., and Patrik Grubor, M.A. Psych., presented a co-authored research paper written together with Assist. Prof. Glavaš, titled: “Anxiety and Depression Symptoms of Student-athletes, Student-exercisers and Physically Inactive Students: The Role of Perceived Behavioural Control.”
