Invocation of the Holy Spirit – 17th Academic Year at CUC

On Monday, September 28, 2026, the seventeenth academic year will begin at the Catholic University of Croatia. The Eucharistic celebration and the Invocation of the Holy Spirit at the Basilica of St. Anthony of Padua at Sveti Duh will be led by Msgr. Ivan Šaško, Auxiliary Bishop of Zagreb and delegate of the Archbishop of Zagreb, Msgr. Dražen Kutleša, Grand Chancellor of the Catholic University of Croatia.

Following the celebration of Holy Mass, the program will continue in the Great Hall of the Catholic University of Croatia with first-year students of history, sociology, psychology, communication studies, nursing, midwifery, law, computer science, and medicine. Joining our students will also be 20 Erasmus+ exchange students coming from France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Slovakia, and Germany.
