PhD fellows from the Digit-HeaL laboratory participated in a HrZZ’s PhD Cafe
Young researcher PhD candidates in the social sciences and humanities presented their work at the 29th edition of the PhD Cafe on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, hosted by the Croatian Science Foundation. The doctoral candidates from the Digital healthcare ethics laboratory (Digit-HeaL), Anamaria Malešević and Luka Poslon, at the Catholic University of Croatia, among other collegues, presented the findings from their doctoral thesis. The conference “Building Trust in Health Data” was attended by Luka Poslon, our PhD student from the Digital Healthcare Ethics Laboratory (Digit-HeaL),  in Ghent, Belgium, from November 29 to December 1, 2023. The following institutions organised the conference: European Institute for Innovation through Health Data (i~HD), Health Data Forum, Faculty of Medicine, University of Porto (FMUP), and upscaling the worldwide univocal identification of medicines (UNICOM). Digital Book Released: “How to Conduct Qualitative Research?”
Assistant Professor Miriam Mary Brgles from the Department of Sociology at the Catholic University of Croatia and assistant at the Digital Healthcare Ethics Laboratory (Digit-HeaL), Anamaria Malešević, have published the digital book “How to Conduct Qualitative Research? A Handbook for Young (and Creative) Researchers.” The handbook is designed to help students thoroughly and effectively prepare, conduct, and present their first qualitative research. Plenary Meeting of the PARADISE Project at CUC
The Catholic University of Croatia, led by the Digit-HeaL team and Assistant Professor Čartolovni, hosted the plenary meeting of the PARADISE project on October 23rd and 24th.
