We proudly announce our third invited speaker, Dr. Werner Sommer, a distinguished Professor of Biological Psychology and Psychophysiology from the Humboldt University of Berlin. Professor Sommer will give a lecture entitled “The psychology of sustainable eating”, in which he will discuss the possibilities of changing our eating habits and include his research on the effects of hypnosis on alternating taste preferences and investigation of food valuation determinants in top gastronomy restaurants.
